All orders must be confirmed in writing, including all details such as cake design, flavors, sizes, and any special instructions. Changes to the order must be made at least 4 weeks days before the delivery date and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of is required to secure your order. The final payment date is given at the time of placing the order. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7. Flavor and Texture Preferences
Taste and texture perceptions are subjective. We are confident in the quality of our products; however, refunds will not be issued based on personal flavor or texture preferences. To ensure our offerings meet your expectations, we encourage you to order tasting kits in advance.
8. Tasting Kits
Tasting kits are available for purchase when ordered in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact us to schedule a tasting session or to order a tasting kit. This allows you to sample our flavors and make an informed decision before placing a custom order.
9. Storage and Care Instructions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents), we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund of any payments made.
